1 tablespoon [13.5 g] Olive Oil
3 clove [9 g] Garlic
2 tsp [4 g] Ginger (Grated)
0.5 small [35 g] Onions
2 medium [122 g] Carrot
0.5 tbsp [0.65 g] Parsley (Dried)
1 tsp, ground [1.8 g] Oregano
0.5 tsp [3 g] Sea Salt
3 cup [720 g] Chicken Bone Broth
5 oz [140 g] Skinless Chicken Breast
1 cup[240 g] Broccoli (Chopped)
1 small [118 g] Zucchini (Chopped)
1 avocado [136 g] Avocado (Diced)
Directions
01 In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat.
02 Add garlic, ginger, and onion. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
03 Cut chicken into small pieces, and add to the pot. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
04 Next, add parsley, carrots, oregano, and salt. Cook 5-6 minutes until carrots begin to soften.
05 Add bone broth and bring to an almost boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
06 Add in the chopped broccoli and small diced zucchini. Continue simmering for 5-7 minutes more.

Remove from heat. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm. Top with avocado (optional)
